After jumping into the realm of esports broadcasting in March 2020 with limited experience, I was awarded the 2021 & 2023 VCO SIMMY Awards for Best Commentary.

With experience commentating on major sim racing events such as Digital Nurburgring Endurance Series, ESL R1 Gamers8, IMSA Esports Global Championship and the Porsche Esports Supercup, events organized by manufacturers like BMW, Ferrari, Porsche as well as the most competitive private leagues, I use my passion, knowledge and connections with drivers to provide insightful & exciting commentary to the biggest events in simracing.

I also serve as Head of Talent at RaceSpot TV - managing a talent pool of more than 30 commentators and producers from around the world.

2022 Porsche Esports Challenge USA

Porsche USA hosted their first esports tournament in 2022 culimnating at the Porsche Sports Car Together Fest 2022 with an in-person grand final. Hosted at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, with the winner walking away with $15,000 as well as the chance to celebrate on the historic podium, Porsche pulled no punches.

I was onsite as part of the live commentary team alongside Matthew “Sadokist” Trivett providing analysis and color commentary while being an ambassador for Esports to those learning about sim racing for the first time!

After a one-off apperance in the 2020 iRX World Championship in which I became the first Asian iRacing World Championship commentator, I was excited to return to lead the broadcast team for the 2021 iRX World Championship Powered by Yokohama. Working alongside Paul Smith, we saw one of the closest championship battles in series history leading to a championship finale with 2 drivers separated by just 4 points. Before each round, we also saw the iRX All-Star Invitational featuring drivers from real-world motorsports, other iRacing World Championships and Twitch streamers building the most eclectic grid you can find on the iRacing eSports Network.

After directing the coverage of the first season of the VCO ProSIM series, I’m excited to be a part of the commentary team for the 2nd edition of this championship. Pairing real-world motorsports drivers with top simracing talent, the series produces some exciting racing with a unique format. As part of a dynamic 4-man commentary team, I provide play-by-play commentatory and form part of the analyst panel in between the short, chaotic races.

The BMW SIM GT Cup succeeded the BMW SIM 120 Cup in 2021 as the premier iRacing BMW SIM Racing series. Broken up into two seasons with two different cars, 10 races saw 24 drivers win tickets to BMW SIM Live 2021 in December and more than $33,000 awarded before the big finale. I not only led the commentary team for these events, but was on double duty as broadcast producer as well!

I was delighted to be a part of the showdown - BMW SIM LIVE - in which I led the commentary team for not just the BMW SIM GT Cup on iRacing, but also for the BMW SIM Time Attack on Assetto Corsa Competizione and the BMW SIM M2 CS Racing Cup on Rfactor 2 with over $100,000 being paid out across the two day showcase.

The iRacing Special Events combine community with competition. Elevating these unique experiences for 2021, VCO partnered with iRacing, RaceSpot and Radio Show Limited to highlight 4 events as part of the VCO Grand Slam. As host of the pre-show, and commentator across all 4 of these events, I was privileged to work with the team at RSL and to be featured not just on RaceSpot, but across the RSL radio network for the 12 Hours of Sebring, 24 Hours of Nurburgring, Petit Le Mans and 10 Hours of Suzuka.

The Cup of Nations brings a World Cup-style competition to esports, pitting drivers against one another with $25,000 on the line and national pride at stake. 16 countries qualified for the 2021 edition and across two days and multiple different discplines of motorsports, Team Germany emerged victorious for the 2nd year in a row in dramatic fashion. I was excited to lead the broadcast team across of iRacing, VCO and Traxion.GG panels alongside Paul Smith and John Munro across 10 action packed races!

After several years without a major GT championship on the iRacing service, Virtual Racing School partnered with the team behind the Sports Car Open Endurance Series to put forward the VRS SCO Sprint Masters. 6 rounds each featuring 2 1-hour sprints with mandatory driver changes all leading to a $25,000 prize pool. Featuring the cream of the crop of iRacing drivers, I led the broadcast team, also performing double duty and producing the season finale!
